After discovering that a slow leaking dishwasher had quietly ruined the Brazilian Cherry floor in a section of our kitchen, we called Everything Under Foot. It was already late afternoon, but they came that evening. Our floorboards were no longer being made, nor could anything currently manufactured match it. Everything Under Foot removed floorboards from a spare room, and integrated them with our kitchen floor. You can’t even tell. They replaced the spare room floor with a new wood floor, and then we had them remove carpet from our upstairs hallway, and replace it with wood. They found structural flaws under the carpet, fixed them, and finished the job the same day. Everything was clean and complete when they left. These guys are professional in every way, and for a very reasonable price.

You were wonderful about coordinating with me as the renovation was being done in my basement.  You told me just what lead time to give you for when I wanted the carpet installed and you were spot on with your scheduling.  It amazed me how efficiently you worked and how quickly you were in and out… even vacuuming up and cleaning up so I had nothing to do afterward except put the furniture in the room.   You even kindly pointed out a small flaw in the flooring of the little bathroom – which YOU did not do – and fixed it without hesitation.  The carpet choice, at your recommend, was perfect for that area and you were absolutely right about upgrading the quality of the pad to enhance the install and the use.  It made a HUGE difference.

This is the not the first install you have done in my home and I have never been disappointed.  Often people can be very quick to complain when things don’t go the way they want, but then forget to take the time to let someone know when they have given excellent service. So just wanted to tell you how happy we are and to thank you.

Everything Under Foot installed new flooring in my home about 18 months ago and I couldn’t have been more pleased.  I had just moved back to the area and the home I moved into desperately needed new floors.  I called and left a message with their main office and was called back within 24 hours and had an installation date within a week.  I was very impressed with the timeliness of the call and the courteous response. The owner of the company came out a few days later to do measurements and give me an estimate.  I was informed what I should expect during installation and the procedure for selecting the carpet that best suited my needs (two children and pets).  On the day of the installation, a crew of three gentleman arrived.  They introduced themselves and explained what they were going to do as far as ripping out my old carpet, discarding it and installing the new carpet.  I was expecting a huge mess in my house, on my porch and in my yard.  What I got was the exact opposite.  The crew was efficient and neat through the entire process.  Upon removing the old carpet, they did a quick inspection of my sub floor to ensure there were no problem areas.  They found no issues and proceeded to install carpet in my basement, three bedrooms, hallway, two sets of stairs, a family room and a living room.  They also installed laminate floors in my kitchen and tile floors in my bathrooms.  The installation was completed well within the estimated time of completion I was given.  The result was absolutely amazing, it looks like a brand new home.  My home is now the showpiece of my neighborhood.  This professional staff, starting from their owner to the office personnel and finally the expert installation crew impressed me from start to finish with their expertise, professionalism and customer service.  They treated it as if they were installing the floors in their own homes. Everything Under Foot is the best of the best, I highly recommend them for all your flooring needs!!
